In-Depth Description
NRCM is working hard to protect Maine’s air, waters, and forests. We focus in four major areas: clean, renewable energy; reducing toxic chemicals that threaten our environment and people, river restoration, and forest protection. We also work for legislation that will help keep Maine a special place to live, work, and raise our families. And we care deeply about all aspects of Maine’s environment. Therefore we do our best to post news stories that relate to our environment, regardless of the topic. So if you are looking for a particular story that doesn’t fit into one of our four primary topic areas, visit this part of our website often. Chances are you’ll find it here!
